Program Description
German Village Lofts operates an AI-assisted concierge service that answers inbound phone calls to our business number at (614) 295-9455. During these calls, our voice concierge may offer to send callers a one-time SMS message containing a direct booking link to the property that matches their stay requirements, or other information relevant to their inquiry (such as property details, availability, or contact information).
How We Collect Consent
Consent to receive SMS messages from German Village Lofts is collected verbally during an inbound phone call to our business number. The consent flow works as follows:
- The caller voluntarily places a call to German Village Lofts at (614) 295-9455.
- Our voice concierge gathers information about the caller’s stay needs (dates, group size, property preferences, purpose of visit).
- If a booking link would be helpful, the concierge explicitly asks the caller for permission to send a text message, using language such as: “Would you like me to send you a text message with a direct link to book The Lantern? I’ll just need your mobile number.”
- If the caller verbally agrees, they are asked to provide their mobile phone number.
- The caller’s verbal consent and phone number are recorded as part of the call transcript.
- A single SMS message is then sent to the provided number containing the requested booking link or information.
Consent is never assumed, pre-checked, or inferred. Callers must affirmatively agree during the call before any SMS is sent. Consent is not a condition of booking or of receiving any other service from German Village Lofts.
Message Types & Frequency
Callers who opt in may receive:
- A one-time SMS containing a direct booking link to a specific property
- Property information (address, check-in instructions, amenity details) if requested during the call
- Follow-up responses if the caller replies to our message with additional questions
Message frequency: Typically 1–3 messages per inquiry. German Village Lofts does not send recurring marketing messages, promotional campaigns, or automated broadcasts. All SMS messages are transactional and directly tied to a caller’s specific inquiry.

Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out of receiving text messages from German Village Lofts at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive further SMS messages from German Village Lofts unless you opt in again.
