German Village Lofts offers five fully furnished short-term rental properties in the German Village neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio. Bookings are made through third-party platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com) or by contacting us directly. Each booking is also subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable booking platform.
2. Reservations and Bookings
All reservations are subject to availability. Bookings made through third-party platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com) are governed by the respective platform’s cancellation, refund, and guest policies in addition to these Terms. 3. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to treat our properties with care and respect. You are responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or members of your party during your stay. Quiet hours, maximum occupancy limits, and other house rules specific to each property will be communicated prior to or at check-in and must be followed. Violation of house rules may result in early termination of your stay without refund.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month depending on your booking activity and communication needs. Transactional messages (such as check-in instructions) are sent as needed in connection with your reservation.
