The Reichstag Suite is named after the historic Reichstag building in Berlin where the German parliament (Bundestag) meets. The efficiency studio features a queen sized bed with 15″ memory foam mattress.
The suite features a sitting area with sofa and 50″ TCL Roku Smart TV. There is also a small console desk with chair for work area.
A kitchenette area includes a sink / wet-bar as well as a mini-fridge, microwave, drip coffee maker and dishes/glassware/utensils for 4.
A modern bathroom complete with tile and glass shower offers a place to unwind at the end of the day.
Dear German Village Lofts,
I am currently living in Clintonville in my mother’s former house, house-sitting actually, which we have been preparing for sale for the past three years or so.
It may be that a good offer for the place comes our way at short notice, and in that case I would also need to find a place to live at short notice. I looked through your site, and found it very attractive. I would only need space for myself, so the studio lofts would be appropriate until I could find a more permanent place.
Of course, I wouldn’t be a tourist, but rather a short-term tenant. I do also work, mostly from home, but I see there would be desk space in the lofts.
I don’t know how you feel about this kind of arrangement but perhaps you could give me some idea of your prices?
I do know the German Village area quite well.
